Consultation request
Request a household contract review and a callback from a specialist
Share a few details and a way to reach you. A specialist then calls to go through your recurring monthly contracts and map out a tailored saving plan. Nothing on this page is an order.
What the review looks at
The call starts from your own statements. A specialist goes through the recurring contracts you currently hold and looks for the blind spots most households miss.
- Rolled-over termsIntroductory rates that ended without notice and have since moved to a standard rate.
- Loyalty markupsTariffs that long-standing customers stay on while newer customers are offered a different deal.
- Duplicate coverOverlapping policies, riders and bundles that repeat something already included elsewhere.
- Mismatched usageElectricity, gas or heating tariffs chosen for a household routine that has since changed.
How the callback is arranged
- Send the short requestFill in your name, a phone number, an email address and your postal code, and choose a callback window if you have a preference.
- Your request is read firstThe details you share are looked at before anyone calls, so the conversation can start from your region and your preferred time.
- Talk through the optionsOn the call, a specialist reviews tariff options and applicable household programs and sets out a tailored breakdown. You decide what, if anything, to change.
Before you send the request
Keep a recent statement for each contract you want reviewed within reach. The specialist may ask when a contract ends, and a statement that shows the date keeps the call short.
The request is non-binding. Whether a contract can be lowered or switched depends on minimum commitment periods, local provider availability, usage and underwriting terms, and any potential savings depend on current providers, contract terms, usage and region. You are under no obligation to switch any contract.
